Some people find old golf balls in their back yards – we find bleached cow bones.

There are vertibrae galore there, along with what we think is a hip or shoulder bone (the large one in the photo). We also find a lot of rib bones (about a foot and a half long) that the dogs play fetch with – although sometimes they get confused about whether to retrieve them or chew on them. *grin* Someday I figure we’ll assemble a whole cow – or a mutation of a cow with a boar skull on top. Ewwwwwwwww!
