Since I ran across some ‘how we can help’ things today regarding the fires in Southern CA, I thought I’d pass them along. To donate to the Red Cross, call 1-800-help-now – you can specify that your funds go to those affected by the S.Ca. Fires. There’s also the LA Times Family Fund Fire Relief Campaign.

A friend researched ways to help the animals affected by the fires too, so I thought I’d pass that along too:

This includes supplies for the horses and other large animals that have been rescued. Also (heads up in particular to those of you involved with feline asthma): In San Bernardino/ Redlands, there are some cats with respiratory problems that need homes where this kind of care is understood.
