More Animal Kingdom: I was sitting at the computer earlier and I heard a sharp THUNK – sounded exactly like a bird hitting the kitchen window. So I went outside, and there was a bird laying on the ground on its side, very still – might have been a robin (had a reddish-orange breast). I stepped closer to see if there was anything I could do, and as I moved, the bird suddenly jumped up on its feet and flew away – guess it was just stunned for a moment! I love a happy ending.
