It’s been rather COLD here for California recently. Being from Upstate New York, I’m just now understanding that without the sun, California has little ability to retain heat. I guess that’s what they mean by a ‘cold desert night’. In Upstate NY, there’s a lot more moisture in the air and a 95% chance of clouds being in the sky, and somehow the air doesn’t feel quite as SHARP there usually. EXCEPT… where I went to school. In Potsdam, in the dead of winter, if you woke up to a bright, clear, day, you KNEW it was damn cold out – too cold for clouds even – I hated that.

In other news, I’m slowly teaching myself FLASH animation, so who knows what creative trouble I’ll be able to get myself into soon. *grin*
